• Location Data: GPS coordinates are collected during active work shifts to enable fleet dispatch and delivery tracking. Location tracking starts when you clock in and stops when you clock out.
• Photos: Scale ticket and delivery photos taken through the App for load verification purposes.
• Device Information: Device tokens for push notifications to receive dispatch assignments.
• Work Data: Clock-in/out times, mileage, vehicle inspections, and delivery records.

• Delivery verification and load documentation
• Payroll and time tracking
• Push notifications for job assignments and dispatch updates
• Vehicle inspection records and compliance

Background location tracking enables dispatch to monitor active deliveries. Location tracking stops completely when you clock out.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Data is accessible only to authorized management and dispatch personnel of The Yaros Company for operational purposes.

Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel with role-based permissions.

Work records are retained as required for business operations, payroll, and regulatory compliance. GPS location data is retained for operational reporting purposes.

As an employee user, you may request access to or deletion of your personal data by contacting your employer. Account access is managed by The Yaros Company.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be communicated through the App or your employer.
